Directions to Whitney's Inn

Please note that many GPS systems as well as Google maps may recommend taking Dundee Road.  We do not recommend taking this road, especially during inclement weather.  We would suggest taking 16A through the Jackson Covered Bridge and following that to 16B/Black Mountain Road to get to our location.

Located at the intersection of Black Mountain Road and Moody Farm Road, Whitney's Inn is  in Jackson, New Hampshire, next to Black Mountain Ski Resort.  Just two miles from the Jackson Village Loop, we are conveniently located to downhill ski resorts, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, dining and so much more!  10 minutes from Mt. Washington and minutes to the White Mountain National Forest, Whitney’s Inn provides the perfect home base for enjoying the great outdoors …and then enjoying Whitney’s indoors, with beautifully appointed guestrooms, common areas, and pub!

 

 

Jackson Village Area

The village of Jackson, New Hampshire offers the quintessential, charming, New England experience that travelers seek.

There are several fine restaurants and shops within walking distance of the inn.

Jackson and the classic White Mountain villages of Bartlett, Glen, Intervale, and North Conway have been a favorite destination for winter and summer visitors for over 200 years.

Traditionally, winter arrives in this area around the first of November and often stays through March and sometimes into May in the higher elevations.

Several golf courses, hiking, biking, and fly fishing are all a stone's throw away. Mount Washington is 15 minutes from the inn and North Conway shopping is only a 10 minute drive.  Come summertime, families can enjoy the popular amusement park, Storyland, just three miles from the inn.
